In the 21st century four or five kids is considered a large family in the west. But during the zenith of the reign of Christ people will have many more. 

“Sing, barren woman,
    you who never bore a child;
burst into song, shout for joy,
    you who were never in labor;
because more are the children of the desolate woman
    than of her who has a husband,”
says the Lord.’ Isaiah 54;1

At current a women can only have 20 kids or so. How could she have many more?

“let their flesh be renewed like a child’s;
    let them be restored as in the days of their youth.” Job 33;25

If people reverse age so that they remain like a healthy 25 year old for centuries, then they can have many many children. And the pregnancies will likely be much easier than at current due to the curse being lifted.
