The war drums are beating in various places again. But, although we talk about peacetime, in fact we’ve been at war continuously since at least the Fall in the Garden.
“I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;” Daniel 7:21
“And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going forth to war with the dragon; and the dragon warred and his angels;” Revelation 12:7
