Parallels?

We think that Sarah died in 1983.25BC per Paul Mezera’s chronology. From that point to the setting up of the tabernacle by Moses is 370 years (1613.25BC). Does this parallel Noah’s days? Also, Joseph started to rule in 1837.25BC. That is 146 years from Sarah’s death. Sarah is the only woman in the bible who’s age at death is mentioned. Why? If we start 6,000 years after the fall in the garden and add 146 years, we get 1873.75AD + 146 = 2019.75AD. Three and a half years later is 2023.25AD (April 2024). Is that the anti-typical start of Jesus’ reign? It’s almost exactly 150 years from his return, which matches the 150 days (years) of rising water in the flood. Water represents truth, and truth has definitely been rising!

“But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase.” Daniel 12:4

The Third Temple

Pastor Mark Biltz has an interesting take on the third temple. It will be built during the Feast of Tabernacles in the millennial reign. Jesus will come down on Yom Kippur and stand on the Mount of Olives, which will split in two. We believe Yom Kippur will be on the 190th day out of 360, or about the 527th year of the Millennium. Tabernacles would start on the 195th out of 360, or about the 541st year.

“In that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in its middle from east to west by a very large valley, so that half of the mountain will move toward the north and the other half toward the south. You will flee by the valley of My mountains, for the valley of the mountains will reach to Azel; yes, you will flee just as you fled before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the Lord, my God, will come, and all the holy ones with Him!” Zechariah 14:4-5

The timing of all this is the question. The earthquake of Uzziah is very instructive. It was based on that massive earthquake that all the surrounding nations developed a very large and healthy fear of The Lord. It is for this reason that the Ninevites repented at the preaching of Jonah – they feared another such earthquake from his God would wipe them out! In the same way this earthquake which splits the Mount of olives in two will cause massive fear in all the surrounding lands which many of the earth’s inhabitants will have gathered for Yom Kippur. Is this the immediate cause for:

“Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth;
For I am God, and there is no other.
“I have sworn by Myself,
The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness
And will not turn back,
That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance.
“They will say of Me, ‘Only in the Lord are righteousness and strength.’
Men will come to Him,
And all who were angry at Him will be put to shame.” Isaiah 45:22-24

Sadducees & Resurrection

“Now there came to Him some of the Sadducees (who say that there is no resurrection), and they questioned Him, saying, “Teacher, Moses wrote for us that if a man’s brother dies, having a wife, and he is childless, his brother should marry the wife and raise up children to his brother. Now there were seven brothers; and the first took a wife and died childless; and the second and the third married her; and in the same way all seven died, leaving no children. Finally the woman died also. In the resurrection therefore, which one’s wife will she be? For all seven had married her.”

Jesus said to them, “The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage, but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; for they cannot even die anymore, because they are like angels, and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. But that the dead are raised, even Moses showed, in the passage about the burning bush, where he calls the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Now He is not the God of the dead but of the living; for all live to Him.” Some of the scribes answered and said, “Teacher, You have spoken well.” For they did not have courage to question Him any longer about anything.” Luke 20:27-40

Some translations of this passage lead one to believe that only some will take part in the resurrection. But Jesus is talking of a future age, past his Millennial reign, where gender and ordinary marriage are no more. He is excepting His own marriage to the Church. He is referring to the age past the year 2874AD, past the 7,000 year Day we are currently in, that began with the Fall in the garden. That all will be resurrected is attested in several scriptures:

“For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.” 1 Corinthians 15:22

“Do not marvel at this; for an hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs will hear His voice, and will come forth; those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the evil deeds to a resurrection of judgment.” John 5:28-29

“having a hope in God, which these men cherish themselves, that there shall certainly be a resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked.” Acts 24:15

“So then as through one transgression there resulted condemnation to all men, even so through one act of righteousness there resulted justification of life to all men.” Romans 5:18

The Parable of the 10 Minas

“While they were listening to these things, Jesus went on to tell a parable, because He was near Jerusalem, and they supposed that the kingdom of God was going to appear immediately. So He said, “A nobleman went to a distant country to receive a kingdom for himself, and then return. And he called ten of his slaves, and gave them ten minas and said to them, ‘Do business with this until I come back.’” Luke 19:11-13

Why did the nobleman (Jesus) go to a distant country (heaven) to receive a kingdom? Didn’t Jesus receive the kingdom immediately upon resurrection? Or was there some work in heaven he also had to complete? Is it the same with the Bride (church)? Why isn’t everything restored until the Jubilee? Why is circumcision on the eighth day? Is there a link with all this?

Correction

In an earlier post, we had a chart showing the three fall feasts’ fulfillment in the Millennium. We mistakenly calculated the first of the seventh month as the 211th day of 360. It should be the 181st. Likewise, the tenth of the seventh month said the 220th of 360 days, when it should have been 190th. And the feast of Tabernacles, which begins the fifteenth day of the seventh month should be the 195th day out of 360. This aligns with 1 kings 6:1, which states the temple was completed 480 years after the Exodus. 480 years reckons 118.5 years not counted when the people were in rebellion. This makes trumpets just a pinch after the 500 year mark in the Millennium, the exact time the dawn of the sun is figuratively bursting forth. The chart will be updated soon.

Luke 17

“And he said to the disciples, “Days will come when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. And they will say to you, ‘Behold, there!’ ‘Behold, here!’ Do not go out or run after them! For just as the lightning shines forth, flashing from one place under heaven to another place under heaven, so the Son of Man will be in his day. But first it is necessary for him to suffer many things, and to be rejected by this generation. And just as it was in the days of Noah, so also it will be in the days of the Son of Man— they were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot—they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building. But on the day that Lot went out from Sodom, it rained fire and sulphur from heaven and destroyed them all. It will be just the same on the day that the Son of Man is revealed. On that day, whoever is on the housetop and his goods are in the house must not come down to take them away. And likewise the one who is in the field must not turn back. Remember Lot’s wife! Whoever seeks to preserve his life will lose it, but whoever loses it will keep it. I tell you that in that night there will be two in one bed; one will be taken and the other will be left. There will be two women grinding at the same place; one will be taken and the other will be left.”

And they answered and said to him, “Where, Lord?” So he said to them, “Where the dead body is, there also the vultures will be gathered.” Luke 17:22-37

Verse 24 is very instructive, and mistranslated. The Greek astrape is translated lightning. This is the wrong concept. It should say, ‘as the sun rays shine forth, shining from east to west…’ The idea is that the second coming of Christ will be as the sun rising, gradually lighting the whole earth with truth as in a day that’s 1,000 years long. So the noon day sun is 750 years in! (Jewish days start at sundown, so noon is three-quarters through the day). This sets the tone for further details that the beginning of this 1,000 year long Day will be as in the 370 day (year) long Noah flood. That flood gave the world it’s current topography, and the second ‘flood’ of Jesus’ presence will change the topography again, so that,

“Let every valley be lifted up,
And every mountain and hill be made low;
And let the rough ground become a plain,
And the rugged terrain a broad valley;
Then the glory of the Lord will be revealed,
And all flesh will see it together;
For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” Isaiah 40:4-5

Marriage of the Lamb

Does the church marry Jesus at the beginning or end of the Millennium? On the one hand we have,

“and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” Revelation 20:4

This suggests the church is married at the beginning of the millennium. However,

“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband.” Revelation 21:1-2

This suggests marriage at the end of the thousand years. Which is it? Perhaps the marriage has two stages? The book of Ruth has a Gentile bride marrying a Hebrew groom. Yet God says to Israel,

“Then I passed by you and saw you, and behold, you were at the time for love; so I spread My skirt over you and covered your nakedness. I also swore to you and entered into a covenant with you so that you became Mine,” declares the Lord God.” Ezekiel 16:8. And,

“For your Maker is your husband—
the Lord Almighty is his name—
the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer;
he is called the God of all the earth.” Isaiah 54;5

God is saying he was the husband of Israel. Perhaps the church is the first firstborn who goes in to him at the beginning of His reign and bares Him children. And perhaps The Faithful of Israel as represented in Hebrews 11, are a second bride who will go up to heaven at the end of His reign? We don’t know. Revelation lists two groups of 144,000 faithful: chapter 7 lists 12,000 from each Israelite tribe, and chapter 14 lists 144,000 faithful Gentiles from all nations of the earth.

Asaph

Asaph was a very important figure during the reigns of David and Solomon and after. He was David’s chief musician at the tabernacle and later at the temple. He wrote twelve psalms. It is likely his brother Zachariah was murdered for speaking out about Solomon’s wickedness.

“A psalm of Asaph.

Surely God is good to Israel,
to those who are pure in heart.
But as for me, my feet had almost slipped;
I had nearly lost my foothold.
For I envied the arrogant
when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
They have no struggles;
their bodies are healthy and strong.
They are free from common human burdens;
they are not plagued by human ills.
Therefore pride is their necklace;
they clothe themselves with violence.
From their callous hearts comes iniquity;
their evil imaginations have no limits.
They scoff, and speak with malice;
with arrogance they threaten oppression.
Their mouths lay claim to heaven,
and their tongues take possession of the earth.
Therefore their people turn to them
and drink up waters in abundance.
They say, “How would God know?
Does the Most High know anything?”
This is what the wicked are like—
always free of care, they go on amassing wealth.
Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure
and have washed my hands in innocence.
All day long I have been afflicted,
and every morning brings new punishments.
If I had spoken out like that,
I would have betrayed your children.
When I tried to understand all this,
it troubled me deeply
till I entered the sanctuary of God;
then I understood their final destiny.
Surely you place them on slippery ground;
you cast them down to ruin.
How suddenly are they destroyed,
completely swept away by terrors!
They are like a dream when one awakes;
when you arise, Lord,
you will despise them as fantasies.
When my heart was grieved
and my spirit embittered,
I was senseless and ignorant;
I was a brute beast before you.
Yet I am always with you;
you hold me by my right hand.
You guide me with your counsel,
and afterward you will take me into glory.
Whom have I in heaven but you?
And earth has nothing I desire besides you.
My flesh and my heart may fail,
but God is the strength of my heart
and my portion forever.
Those who are far from you will perish;
you destroy all who are unfaithful to you.
But as for me, it is good to be near God.
I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge;
I will tell of all your deeds.” Psalm 73

Geoligic Evidence of Noah’s Flood

Book Recommendation

Hugh Ross has a book titled “Hidden Treasures in the Book of Job” that’s worth a read. He focuses on the scientific evidence of God’s handiwork. This book specifically focuses on the creation, and how Job supplements Genesis. The only caveat is that Ross implies Adam was created at least 10,000 years ago, when the bible is clear he was created in 4127.25BC. It is very likely that most Christians are unaware of the magnificent parallels of history that only God could have created which confirm the bible chronology.
